1. The Relationship

By creating an account or placing an order with Bespoke Blossoms Ltd., you agree to these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Products & Substitutions

Flowers are natural, seasonal products. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• Artistic Discretion: The images on our site represent the “vibe,” style, and size of the arrangement, not an exact replica.
• Substitutions: We reserve the right to substitute flowers or vessels of equal or greater value if a specific bloom is unavailable due to seasonal or market conditions. We will maintain the overall color palette and aesthetic of your chosen design.

3. Fulfillment & Delivery

Perishable Goods: Flowers are perishable. We are not responsible for the quality of flowers if the recipient is unavailable to receive the delivery or if the flowers are left outdoors / at a reception desk for an extended period.

Recipient Information: You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, missing gate codes, or the recipient being out of town.

No Anonymous Deliveries: For the safety and comfort of our recipients, we do not support anonymous sending. While your card message may be unsigned, we reserve the right to disclose the sender's name to the recipient upon request.

4. User Conduct & Third-Party Data

Recipient Consent: By saving a third party's name and address in your "Address Book," you represent that you have obtained their consent to share their information with us for the purpose of delivery.

Appropriate Content: You agree not to use the "Gift Message" field to send abusive, threatening, or harassing content. We reserve the right to refuse to print or deliver messages that violate this standard.

5. User Generated Content

If you choose to upload photos or leave reviews, you grant Bespoke Blossoms Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content on our website and marketing materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bespoke Blossoms Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or products.
