Returns and Refunds Policy

1. The Philosophy

At Bespoke Blossoms, we deal in ephemeral beauty. Because fresh flowers and living plants are perishable by nature, our return policies differ significantly from traditional retail. We are committed to excellence, but we require timely communication to resolve any quality issues.

2. Fresh Flowers & Custom Designs

All sales of fresh flowers and custom floral arrangements are final. Due to their perishable nature, we do not offer returns or exchanges on fresh product once it has left our studio or been delivered.

Quality Guarantee & Reporting: If your flowers arrive damaged or do not meet our quality standards, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

  • How to Report: Email us at info@bespokeblossoms.com with your order number and a clear photo of the arrangement.
  • Resolution: Resolutions are at the sole discretion of Bespoke Blossoms Ltd. Valid quality issues may be remedied via a replacement arrangement or store credit. We do not offer cash refunds for fresh product.
  • Care Requirement: Replacements are contingent upon the recipient having followed proper care instructions (e.g., keeping flowers hydrated and away from extreme heat).

3. Potted Plants

Potted plants are final sale. Once a plant leaves our care, we cannot control its environment. However, if a plant shows signs of distress within 48 hours of purchase, please contact us with photos. At our discretion, we may offer a one-time replacement or store credit, provided the plant was not exposed to extreme temperatures or neglect.

4. Non-Perishable Items

Vases, Candles, Home Decor, and Gift Items. We accept returns or exchanges for non-perishable retail items within 14 days of purchase.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Exceptions: For hygienic reasons, personal care items (soaps, lotions) are final sale. Sale and seasonal items are also final sale.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit.

5. Workshops & Classes

Workshop registrations are non-refundable.

  • Transfers: You may transfer your ticket to another person at any time (please notify us of the name change).
  • Cancellations: If you cannot attend, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance to receive store credit toward a future workshop. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are forfeited.

6. Weddings & Corporate Events

Large-scale floral orders are governed by the specific contract signed at the time of booking.

  • Booking Fees: All booking fees/deposits are non-refundable as they cover the administrative work of onboarding your event.
  • Precedence: In the event of a conflict between this policy and your Event Contract, the terms of the Event Contract shall prevail.

7. Unclaimed Orders (In-Store Pickup)

It is the customer's responsibility to pick up orders on the scheduled date.

  • Perishability: If you fail to pick up your fresh flowers on the scheduled day, we cannot guarantee their freshness.
  • Forfeit: Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be discarded to ensure quality standards. No refunds or credits will be issued for abandoned orders.

8. Delivery Issues

  • Recipient Unavailable: If a recipient is unavailable, our driver will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe, inconspicuous place. We are not liable for quality issues arising from flowers left outdoors due to recipient unavailability.
  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the sender. Re-delivery attempts may incur an additional delivery fee.
  • Shipping (Third Party): For items shipped via third-party carriers (e.g., UPS), Bespoke Blossoms is not liable for delays or damage caused by the carrier, though we will assist you in filing a claim where possible.
